Responsibilities

• Assists in managing recruitment and hiring process including interviewing and onboarding activities.
• People: maintains contact with external recruitment sources and attends job fairs.
• Oversees unemployment claims processes and supports claims reporting.
• Supports employee development through orientation programs and cross-training.
• Maintains effective employee relations and open communication channels; escalates issues as needed.
• Supports legal and compliance practices, including HR paperwork and privacy requirements.
