Job summary

Pulau Projects is seeking an organized HR Admin to join Cafe Dasa Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain staff records, oversee attendance and payroll processing, handle recruitment, and generate essential HR reports to support our growing venue.

You will coordinate payroll, attendance, and HR reporting for management, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. This position is based in Bali at Cafe Dasa Sanur.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR Administration or general HR operations.
• Experience using TALENTA HRIS is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for payroll and reporting.
• Must reside in Bali.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee files and draft HR documents.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift rosters in coordination with venue managers.
• Prepare and calculate monthly payroll including basic salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and service charges.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
• Generate regular HR reports for management (attendance, turnover, recruitment, payroll).
