Responsibilities

• Assists in interviewing and hiring HR team members and sourcing candidates.
• Oversees/monitors candidate identification and selection processes.
• Provides guidance on selection procedures to property managers.
• Maintains employment records and ensures compliance with policies.
• Develops and administers employee benefits and unemployment processes.
• Supports new hire orientation and training initiatives.
• Promotes effective employee communications and problem escalation.
• Manages worker's compensation claims and safety program coordination.
