Job summary

Masagi Hospitality seeks a driven Business Development & Sales professional to drive revenue growth across Masagi Hospitality properties. You will identify new markets, secure corporate clients, travel partners, agencies, tour operators, and investors, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale relationship management.

You will build strategic partnerships, develop pipelines, coordinate with Marketing and Operations, and present commercial offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or hospitality-focused roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
