Job summary

BaliSuperHost in Bali seeks an experienced hospitality sales professional to develop and execute strategies that boost revenue and occupancy. You will build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and business partners.

With 2–3 years in hospitality sales, you will prepare proposals, contracts, and partnerships, conduct client meetings and site inspections, and coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Reservations, and Revenue teams to deliver seamless guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to support business growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to generate new business.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Reservations, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights to support decision-making.
• Represent BaliSuperHost at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
• Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and hospitality in all client interactions.
• Assist in achieving departmental sales goals and overall business objectives.
