Job summary

Belalu Bali Boutique & SPA experience in Ubud, Bali, seeks an experienced Engineering & Maintenance professional to maintain and operate all facilities across the luxury resort and spa. You will ensure comfort, safety and high standards for guests, and lead maintenance activities.)

The role requires strong HVAC, electrical and plumbing knowledge, plus hospitality maintenance experience and English fluency. Join a premium team and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering and maintenance within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and infrastructure.
• Qualifications or certifications in engineering or facilities management.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage repairs for HVAC, water systems, generators and pool equipment.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and servicing logs.
• Diagnose root causes of equipment failures.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialist work when required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and resort standards.
• Train and supervise junior maintenance staff.
• Perform daily safety checks and report hazards.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and stock levels.
