Job summary

Danapati Hospitality is expanding its Anahita Elevated By Danapati property in Bali and seeks a Senior Engineer to lead maintenance and engineering operations across the hotel. You will supervise the engineering team, implement Preventive Maintenance, and respond rapidly to repairs to protect assets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in building maintenance or senior roles, with strong knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and safety regulations, plus leadership skills to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same field or as a Senior Engineer.
• Strong knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems and building maintenance.
• Safety-first mindset with familiarity with fire protection and energy efficiency.
• Good communication and leadership skills to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations for the property.
• Supervise and guide the engineering team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Create and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to protect assets.
• Respond to urgent repair needs and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Monitor utility consumption and drive energy-saving initiatives.
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relations, and budgeting.
