Siloam Hospitals Group seeks a results-driven Commercial Director to lead hospital business development and drive revenue growth across the Kalimantan Selatan region. The role requires strategic planning, strong sales and marketing leadership, and deep understanding of healthcare regulation and compliance.

You will partner with hospital leadership to implement business plans, manage budgets, and build strategic local partnerships with companies, insurers, and other stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in sales with strong marketing exposure (B2B).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior management.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Experience in pricing, market intelligence and product development.

Responsabilités

• Drive hospital commercial strategies and plans aligned with budgets and targets.
• Provide leadership to Heads of Department to implement commercial initiatives.
• Build relationships with local partners, insurers, and corporate accounts.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase awareness and attract business.
• Collaborate with regional BD to implement Sales and Marketing Strategy.
