Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks a seasoned Procurement Manager to organize and oversee the purchase of medicines, consumables and hospital goods. You will analyze supplier agreements and coordinate with Head Office on CAPEX, ensuring best vendors and optimal service levels.

The role requires strong negotiation, deep knowledge of procurement processes, and at least 5 years in similar fields, with a focus on cost control and continuous improvement to meet hospital targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in relevant field required.
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Minimum 5 years experience in procurement/related field.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan purchases of medicines, consumables, and hospital goods.
• Evaluate third-party cooperation agreements for goods/services.
• Procure hospital goods and coordinate CAPEX purchases with Head Office.
• Select vendors to balance quality, price, and service.
• Prepare monthly general goods inventory reports.
• Collect data and set prices for medicines and hospital goods.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
