Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient management of hospital vehicle use and parking services in accordance with the agreement.
• Maintain availability of operational vehicles and necessary documents for use.
• Conduct weekly vehicle checks with drivers to ensure roadworthiness.
• Prepare driver schedules and arrange substitutes when needed.
• Provide regular reports on vehicle use, maintenance and parking revenues.
