Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a Facility Maintenance Engineer to perform routine and preventive maintenance of hospital facilities and infrastructure in accordance with established standards. The role involves data collection, reporting, calibration, and ensuring water and power systems operate safely.

A Bachelor’s degree in Machinery or Electrical Engineering and at least one year of engineering experience, preferably in a hospital, are required. Physical work is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Machinery/Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• The role may involve physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair of facilities and public facilities and infrastructure in the hospital environment according to standards.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, replacement and calibration activities for facilities and infrastructure according to schedule.
• Collect required data and/or reports related to operational activities for accountability to superiors and other parties.
• Carry out routine checks and documentation of the condition and function of facilities and infrastructure, including water and electricity sources.
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training and reporting needs.
• Fill out daily logsheets for designated areas.
