Job summary

Diamond Cold Storage in Balikpapan is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Horeca channel to achieve targets in hotels, restaurants and catering outlets. You will lead a sales team, develop trade promotions and ensure visible presence across trade outlets to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in Food Service Area (HORECA).
• Develop and motivate sales force to reach individual and team targets.
• Plan and execute trade and consumer promotions and ensure their execution.
• Secure visibility according to standards in all trade outlets and events.
• Drive space allocation in venues to support visibility objectives.
• Lead and manage marketing events and programs.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports and adhere to routes and deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with all accounts to foster cooperation and partnership.
