Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead offline sales and marketing across Bali. The role focuses on expanding HORECA accounts, fortifying distributor partnerships, increasing market visibility, and driving sustainable revenue growth for bottled water products.

The ideal candidate will oversee customer acquisition, distributor management, and field execution, while building long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, and hospitality operators

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG, beverage, or HORECA.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
• Strong network within Bali's HORECA market with hotels, restaurants, and distributors.
• Proven track record in offline sales channel development and distribution expansion.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute offline sales strategies to boost Bali market penetration.
• Build and expand distributor networks, wholesalers, and channel partners.
• Acquire new HORECA customers including hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafés.
• Conduct visits, presentations, negotiations, and business development activities.
• Lead sales team with coaching, performance monitoring, and execution guidance.
• Organize product activations and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends; provide updates to senior management.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and KPI progress for leadership.
• Meet monthly sales targets and distribution growth objectives.
