Job summary

PT. Diamond Cold Storage (Diamond) in Denpasar seeks a results-driven salesperson to manage Horeca channels and expand presence in the Food Service sector.

You will drive sales targets, develop the sales team, and implement trade promotions while ensuring retailer visibility and strong account relationships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Horeca within FMCG, strong communication, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with GPA ≥ 3.0 from a reputable university.
• 2+ years in HORECA sales within FMCG preferred.
• Familiar with Food Service/HORECA business and sales activity.
• Placement in Denpasar.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in Food Service Area (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering).
• Develop and motivate sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance.
• Develop trade and consumer promotions and manage execution of such promotions.
• Secure visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.
• Actively create space within venues to facilitate visibility objectives.
• Lead and manage marketing events and programs.
• Reporting: submits necessary reports periodically; meets deadlines and abides by route plans.
• Develop strong relationships of cooperation and partnership with all accounts.
