Diamond Cold Storage in Balikpapan is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Horeca channel to achieve targets in hotels, restaurants and catering outlets. You will lead a sales team, develop trade promotions and ensure visible presence across trade outlets to support growth.

Responsible for achieving sales target in Food Service Area (Hotel, Restauran, Catering)

Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual's and team performance

Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions

Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events

Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives

Leading and managing marketing events and programs

Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically; meets deadlines and abides by the route plans

Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts.

Requirements

Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00

Having working experience in the same position, hold food service area (HORECA Channel) at least for 2 year (preferable from FMCG Company)

Familiar with Food Service or Horeca business and sales activity

Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable
