Job summary

STC Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor - HOREKA to join our Jakarta-based sales team. You will lead the Account Sales group to drive revenue across hotel, restaurant, and catering sectors, while nurturing key client relationships and ensuring targets are met.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality or kitchenware, with a proven track record of hitting sales goals. Fluency in English is mandatory and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B sales, hospitality or kitchenware preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and performance management.
• Analytical with sales metrics, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Account Sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and performance.
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field support.
• Ensure accurate, timely sales reporting.
• Support negotiation and closing of key deals with major clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HOREKA and hospitality sectors.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
