Blibli Private Label, part of Blibli Group, is seeking a Sales Manager for the Home and Living category in Jakarta. You will lead offline sales channels, build distributor relationships, and craft sales strategies to grow Blibli’s private label portfolio nationwide.

You will work with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to align product development, stocking, and launches, while developing roadmaps and forecasts and leading a scalable sales team to achieve revenue targets across

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in sales with 3+ years in team management.
• Experience in Home and Living sectors.
• Experience in offline retail: Home Decor Stores, Furniture Stores, Department Stores.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Analytical skills to build business cases.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead new business development to expand private label revenue.
• Secure new principal partnerships, suppliers, and category opportunities.
• Develop commercial roadmaps, sales plans, and growth targets for new initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and terms with principals, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on product development, stocking, marketing activation, and launch timelines.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews for management.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
