Job summary

Bosnet Distribution Indonesia is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support fast-paced hiring across technical roles. You will coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and manage candidate data while delivering timely updates on recruitment progress.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field, strong communication and presentation skills, and a proactive hunter mentality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring users to understand job requirements and provide recruitment updates.
• Manage and maintain recruitment reports and candidate data.
• Conduct candidate tests and assessments as required.
• Arrange and schedule interviews and other recruitment activities.
• Communicate with and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure hiring activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Use recruitment data and analysis to measure hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on technical roles and relevant industry trends.
