Dealls (YC W22) is Indonesia’s leading ecosystem for careers and HR. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle across Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ensuring new hires fit both the role and our culture.

This role rewards both analytics and people skills, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience to scale fast-moving teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to hire across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Structured and data-driven; able to manage multiple open roles.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions (tech, business, creative, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn and Dealls.
• Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews across teams.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Dealls) and track key hiring metrics.
• Manage candidate experience—from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Support employer branding through recruitment marketing and career events.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the hiring process and efficiency.
