Job summary

You will execute planned sourcing activities, screen candidates, conduct interviews, prepare contracts, and coordinate with HR and operations to meet hiring targets.

The role requires 1–2 years in recruitment or sourcing, strong MS Office skills, English fluency, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in BPO/ITO.
• General knowledge of recruitment practices, procedures, processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes planned sourcing activities and represents the company in recruitment events.
• Performs paper/phone/face-to-face screens and coordinates with HR to meet hiring targets.
• Prepares employment contracts and assists in onboarding documentation.
• Maintains databases and reports on recruitment status and channel effectiveness.
