Job summary

• 1–2 years of recruitment/head-hunting or sourcing experience, preferably in BPO/ITO
• Knowledge of recruitment practices, processes and procedures
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; interviewing and assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Execute planned sourcing activities to ensure target applicant flow and hires on time
• Conduct recruitment activities (screenings, interviews, onboarding) with process adherence
• Provide updates to TA Manager on hiring requirements and candidate status
• Maintain accurate data in databases and generate campaign reports
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to identify hiring needs and profiles
