Job summary

PT STOICA ESENSIAL INDONESIA in Central Jakarta is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team on a full-time basis. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and closing deals with new and existing clients.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong knowledge of CRM tools, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, ideally 2–5 years in a Sales Executive role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Present products and services to clients, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals while maintaining profitability.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and competitive activity.
