Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS).
• Experience with network troubleshooting and support.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical support requests from users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity and software application problems.
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to users in Bandar Lampung.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed.
