Job summary

Accor is seeking a guest-focused waiter/waitress to join our food and beverage team in Padang. You will warmly welcome guests, take and serve orders, and assist with basic drink preparation while maintaining a clean service area.

Ideal candidates have at least a year of experience, strong communication skills, a neat appearance, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or Bartender.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, positive attitude, and able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Prepare basic alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and bar area.
