IQVIA Inc is seeking a senior sales professional based in Indonesia to lead the delivery of a regional sales plan focused on Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and patient management opportunities within the Medical Device, Biotech and Pharmaceutical sectors.

You will collaborate with the Southeast Asia account sales team to leverage relationships, prospect new leads, and present IQVIA Digital & AI solutions to senior executives.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ in outside sales environment with proven track record.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing sales and delivery of software solutions into the Medical Device, Biotech and Pharmaceutical sector
• Strong sales skills & ability to work with Quality head, Compliance head, CXO-level executives
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Must be extremely self-motivated and a quick learner

Responsabilidades

• Building and executing sales plan for achieving quarterly and annual sales and pipeline objectives.
• Work closely with IQVIA account sales team in Southeast Asia to leverage relationships and generate opportunities across Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and patient management.
• Prospecting new business leads and qualifying needs.
• Maintain a sales pipeline using company tools.
• Present IQVIA Digital & AI solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop proposals and close new business opportunities.
• Follow IQVIA strategic selling methodology for pipeline development.
• Maintain client relationships and build new business relationships.
• Demonstrate ability to close on proposals submitted to clients
• Generate sales levels aligned with corporate growth goals for assigned territory
• Prepare, update and maintain Account Plans for active clients within the territory
• Provide market feedback on products, services and marketing programs
