Job summary

IP-TRIBE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Regional AI Solutions & Business Development Manager/Senior Manager based in Jakarta. You will work across business and technical teams to advance opportunities from discovery and solution concept through to demo, proof of concept and compelling proposals for regional customers.

You will collaborate with Presales, AI, Product and Solution Partners to shape use cases, build prototypes and translate customer needs into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers in telecommunications, financial services, retail, government or other operations-intensive industries.
• Experience analysing and redesigning business processes, workflows or operating models.
• Ability to conceptualise user journeys, workflow diagrams, wireframes or demo interfaces to communicate solution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to understand business processes, operational challenges and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
• Identify and develop opportunities for Tribal AI, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation solutions within large enterprise customers in partnership with the Sales team / Solution partners.
• Contribute to sales pipeline development, solution adoption and revenue objectives for TRIBAL AI.
• Responsible for opportunity lifecycle, including qualification, customer engagement, proposal development and commercial discussions.
• Translate customer needs into clear use cases, future-state workflows, solution concepts and functional requirements.
• Evaluate solution feasibility and work with technical teams to determine the appropriate solution approach.
• Conceptualise demo experiences, user journeys and interfaces that clearly communicate how proposed solutions will work.
• Work closely with AI, Data, Product and Engineering teams to develop prototypes, proofs of concept and customer demonstrations.
• Develop solution pitches, presentations and proposals that connect technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
• Develop partnerships and go-to-market initiatives that expand the TRIBAL AI ecosystem and market reach.
• Monitor customer needs, market developments, competitive activity and emerging AI technologies to identify new use cases and growth opportunities.
