Docquity is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs professional to lead discovery with clinical, brand, and commercial teams in Indonesia. You will translate evidence into strategic content programs and digital engagements, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality medical communications.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Product, Data and delivery teams to craft proposals with clear value, scope, and timelines, while upholding scientific accuracy and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Medical degree with strong clinical and scientific knowledge.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs, healthcare strategy, medical communications or digital health.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical brand strategy, product launches, lifecycle management and HCP engagement.
• Proven track record in pharma client management, strategic consulting, business presentations and stakeholder engagement.
• Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using data, AI tools and LLMs.
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills, with a good understanding of the Indonesian healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery with pharmaceutical medical, brand, marketing and commercial teams.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Translate clinical evidence, HCP needs and brand objectives into compelling strategies, content programmes and digital engagement solutions.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Data and delivery teams to build proposals with clear value, realistic scope, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Explain what the data supports and where its limitations matter.
• Present and demonstrate Docquity’s products and capabilities through relevant client use cases.
• Lead the overall content team across medical strategy, medical writing, editorial and design.
• Translate approved strategies into clear creative and medical briefs. Own content quality and delivery performance across formats and channels, with disciplined review processes and effective collaboration across teams.
• Protect scientific accuracy and balanced communication. Ensure appropriate referencing, client approvals and adherence to applicable standards, including the distinction between medical education and promotional activity. Engage key opinion leaders and medical societies where they strengthen insight and programme quality.
• Help shape how we use AI to strengthen research, content development and client solutions.
