Job summary

PT Icon Healthcare Bali is seeking a Site Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day management of the Denpasar facility in Bali. You will coordinate all operational activities to deliver high-quality patient care, manage the site budget and staffing, and partner with clinical and admin teams to support safe, efficient service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, KPI tracking and compliance with WHS and privacy regulations.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in a healthcare setting.
Ability to lead and engage teams in a regulated environment.
Skilled in developing operational plans and budgets.
Strong commercial acumen and financial forecasting.
Understanding of quality standards and WHS legislation.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Postgraduate qualification in business/management is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the site to ensure quality patient care.
Own the annual site budget, including capital and facility maintenance plans.
Manage staffing across physicians, clinical, admin to support safe operations.
Monitor financial performance, forecasts and KPIs to meet targets.
Partner with Business Development to grow site volume and revenue.
Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, and privacy requirements.
Lead clinical governance, risk management and accreditation processes.
Review and update policies and protocols for best practices.
Develop workforce plans and support performance and training.
Maintain open communication across the site.
Champion workplace safety and ensure safe systems and training.
Escalate safety issues and incidents promptly.
