Job summary

Bali International Hospital is seeking a Risk / Data Protection Assistant Manager to lead and oversee risk management and privacy compliance in a Bali-based full-time role. You will help develop and monitor the hospital's risk framework while guiding staff on risk and compliance matters.

The role requires experience in risk management, familiarity with ISO 31000 and related standards, and the ability to analyze, report, and drive improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in risk management.
• Certification in risk management (advantage).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring the hospital's risk management framework and policies.
• Oversee data protection and privacy compliance, including policy implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate identified risks.
• Provide guidance to staff on risk and compliance matters.
• Investigate incidents related to data breaches or non-compliance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Support ongoing improvements to risk and compliance programs.
