Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking a Health Client Relations Associate for a 2-month project in Jakarta Utara. You will handle inquiries and coordinate with internal and external parties through WhatsApp groups and email.

Role requires providing accurate information on policy benefits, claims, and hospital services, and preparing reports on TPAs such as AdMedika. A minimum Bachelor's Degree and 2 years in health insurance client relations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in client relations or customer service in health insurance or TPA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health insurance policies, employee benefits.
• Healthcare background is a plus.

- Handle inquiries and coordinate with internal and external parties through WhatsApp groups and email.

- Provide accurate and easy-to-understand information regarding policy benefits, claims, insurance services, and participant issues at hospitals.

- Prepare reports on issues and service constraints involving TPAs, such as AdMedika.

- Compile, manage, and report data accurately.

- Ensure effective communication and timely follow-up to resolve client and participant concerns.

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Healthcare, Nursing, Public Health, Management, Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Client Relation or Customer Service in Health Insurance or TPA.

- Good understanding of Health Insurance Policies, particularly Employee Benefits.

- Medical or healthcare-related educational background is a plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Able to work collaboratively in a team.

- Willing to work outside regular office hours, including weekends and public holidays.
