Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group is seeking a seasoned Headmaster to lead our preschool operations in Jakarta. You will oversee daily activities, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and drive curriculum implementation to meet educational standards.

The role requires mentoring and evaluating teachers, building strong relationships with parents and the community, and monitoring student progress to uphold high-quality teaching practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of teaching with 1–3 years in a leadership role such as Headmaster.
• Proven ability to lead curriculum implementation and align with standards.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in parental communication and relationship management.
• Experience in curriculum development and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
