Job summary

Seven Retail seeks a seasoned Head of Preschool to oversee daily operations at our Jakarta area location, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment and standards-aligned curriculum. You will lead teaching teams, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with parents and the community to advance the school’s vision.

You will monitor student progress, drive high-quality teaching practices, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Educational Leadership.
• Leadership experience in a school setting.
• Minimum 5 years teaching with 1–3 years in a leadership role.
