Job summary

Polibeli is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales in Medan.

You will build a capable team, monitor inventory and displays, and ensure compliance with SOPs while working shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented with experience in managing sales performance and store operations.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed in Medan.
