Mandarin Project Coordinator Intern: Data & Coordination

Job description

• Project support and coordination: Support the project owner in daily work management, coordinate internal company resources, collect feedback, and ensure the smooth execution of cross-team work.
• Data statistics and analysis: Collect and analyze market data to provide support for department heads to make strategic decisions and market optimization.
• Project management goal follow-up: manage, classify and archive the project information of the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; welcome fresh graduates. Preferred major: Marketing, Project Management or Business Administration.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written), work require direct and in-direct translation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Have driver's licence is a plus point , familiar with road conditions in Jakarta city, and has a certain understanding of local business
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listener, and confident communicator.
• Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills, with critical thinking and the ability to act quickly.
• Candidates with experience in student organizations or leadership roles are preferred.
• Internship experience is preferred, demonstrating adaptability and readiness.
• Due to work requirements, shift changes and overtime are acceptable
