Bali Jobs Recruitment by Claire Tomkins is assisting an ultra-luxury 5-star resort in Bali in searching for a Pastry Chef to lead all pastry operations across multiple dining venues. The role requires creativity, technical mastery, and a deep commitment to quality, with responsibility for flavour, presentation, consistency, and operational performance.

You will inspire and manage a talented team, uphold HACCP and food safety standards, and contribute to menus, seasonal offerings, and showpiece

Qualifications

Culinary education or professional pastry qualifications mandatory.
Experience in luxury hospitality pastry roles.
Strong knowledge of pastry arts, baking techniques, and dessert presentation.
HACCP and food safety understanding.
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

Oversee day-to-day pastry kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Support menu development, seasonal offerings, and specialty desserts.
Manage inventory, storage, and cost control practices.
Lead and develop pastry team and foster positive working relationships.
Drive creativity and innovation in pastry offerings aligned with resort standards.
