Qualifications

• Senior pastry experience in luxury or multi-outlet environments.
• Strong technical pastry and baking skills.
• Experience delivering pastry, bakery and desserts at scale.
• Creative approach to pastry development and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall pastry and bakery operation across Desa Potato Head.
• Develop and evolve pastry, dessert and bakery concepts across the property's dining outlets.
• Drive quality, consistency and high standards of technical execution.
• Champion local ingredients and collaborate with local farms and producers.
• Apply traditional pastry and baking techniques in a contemporary context.
• Lead, coach and develop the pastry team.
• Manage food quality, costs, production and operational standards.
