Job summary

Tentang Anak seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a fast-moving recruitment function aligned with our mission to serve Indonesian families. You will design end-to-end hiring strategies, build assessment methods for quality hires, and develop strong partnerships with department heads.

You will also mentor the TA team to deliver fast, high-quality hires that reflect Tentang Anak’s values. You bring 5+ years in talent acquisition, including leadership experience, and a track record of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with ability to represent values and culture authentically.
Experience partnering with department heads on manpower planning and hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, setting priorities across multiple hiring needs.
Design and continuously improve end-to-end hiring processes aligned with business goals.
Ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience reflecting company values.
Partner with department heads to translate business priorities into workforce needs.
