Tentang Anak is seeking a Head of People to lead the strategy and execution of our people agenda as we scale in Indonesia. You will shape organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, engagement, and HR operations to sustain high performance and meaningful employee experiences.

You will partner with founders and leaders to build leadership pipelines, drive performance culture, and ensure scalable HR processes that grow with the business.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or high-growth consumer businesses.
• Hands-on capability in org design, HRBP, talent, rewards, leadership development, and performance management.
• Able to balance empathy with business judgment, prioritizing performance and outcomes.
• Data-driven, using people analytics to guide strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of labor regulations and HR compliance practices.

You will work closely with founders and business leaders to shape organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, engagement, and HR operations, ensuring our people's systems grow as fast as our business. What You’ll Own

• People Strategy & Organization Design: Develop and execute Tentang Anak’s long-term people strategy aligned with business growth, including organizational design, talent density, workforce planning, and scalable structures
• High-Performance Culture: Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement through performance management frameworks and leadership capability building.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Lead talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent across functions and strengthen Tentang Anak’s employer brand in competitive talent markets.
• Leadership & Talent Development: Build leadership pipelines and succession plans while establishing clear career pathways and learning programs to support employee growth.
• Employee Engagement & Experience: Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives, ensuring employee feedback translates into actionable improvements.
• HR Operations & Compliance Excellence: Ensure HR operations, policies, systems, and compliance processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
