Uji Matcha seeks a Content Creator and Social Media Specialist in Jakarta to craft engaging content across platforms and grow our online presence.

You will ideate, script, shoot, edit, and publish posts, manage community interactions, collaborate with influencers, and monitor campaign performance. Proficiency in CapCut/Adobe/Canva and a strong storytelling sense are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as content creator or similar role.
• Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
• Able to develop content end to end: ideation, concept, scripting, production, shooting, editing, copywriting, publishing.
• Proficient in video/ photo shooting.
• Proficient in CapCut/ Adobe/ Canva or equivalent.
• Strong visual sense, storytelling and understanding of brand aesthetics.
• Understand Instagram, Tik Tok, others social media platforms and UGC content.
• Experience handling KOL/ Influencer collaboration from outreach to execution and deliverables.
• Able to manage and grow social media community, including comments, DM, mentions and UGC.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads & Tik Tok Ads.
• Able to manage campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, optimization and reporting.
• Able to monitor and analyze campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, optimization and reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
