Job summary

Amar Bank is seeking a Sales Operation Circle Lead (Dept. Head) to oversee structured, compliant, and scalable sales operations. You will strengthen governance, processes, people operations, data management, and overall performance tracking.

The role requires 5-7 years in Sales Operations or related fields, with leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Banking/Fintech backgrounds are favored. This position emphasizes transformation and data-driven decision making within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or BPM with leadership experience.
• Experience in Banking, Fintech, or Consumer Lending is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive manpower planning, onboarding/offboarding, and training material development.
• Define and enforce SOPs, workflows, and internal sales controls.
• Monitor channel performance and cost against targets and guardrails.
• Manage lead assignment, distribution, utilization, and attribution with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality of sales execution through monitoring and corrective actions.
• Be the primary PIC for system requirements, BRDs, UAT, and process improvements.
• Maintain high data integrity for performance metrics, costs, and executive reporting.
