Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
• Experience in a publicly listed company or banking institution is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis.
• Good at research, reporting, and presentation skills; ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investor communication materials, including financial results announcements, earnings presentations, annual reports, and other public disclosures
• Prepare data, analysis, and supporting materials for meetings with investors, analysts, regulators, media representatives, and other stakeholders
• Monitor developments in the banking industry, fintech sector, macroeconomic environment, and peer companies
• Maintain and manage investor, analyst, and stakeholder databases
• Support the execution of public exposes, analyst meetings, investor conferences, earnings calls, and other investor relations activities
• Assist in ensuring compliance with capital market regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards
• Perform financial and business performance analysis, including profitability, cost efficiency, liquidity, funding, asset quality, and key performance indicators
• Support the preparation of management reports, business reviews, and presentations for Senior Management
• Participate in transformation initiatives, process improvement projects, automation efforts, and data analytics initiatives within the Finance function
• Participate in cross-functional assigned projects
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management
