Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Experience creating dashboards/reports using BI tools.
• Ability to operate diverse data sources (NoSQL, RDBMS, JSON).
• Experience with analytics techniques (Descriptive/Diagnostic/Predictive/Prescriptive).
• Familiarity with data mining concepts (statistics, forecasting).
• Ability to explain complex projects with clear storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis to measure impact of new features, business flows, campaigns; present data visually for storytelling.
• Create and manage automated reports/dashboards based on stakeholder requirements.
• Build and maintain Data Marts to streamline workflows.
• Ensure data quality in collaboration with Data Engineers.
• Advise stakeholders on metrics, data sources, and visualization methods.
• Translate complex messages into business-friendly materials.
• Stay updated with data/analytics trends and best practices.
• Handle millions of rows of data with speed and accuracy.
