Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Proficient in BI tools for dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with various data sources (NoSQL, RDBMS, JSON).
• Experience with analytics tools (BigQuery, Python, R, SPSS).
• Knowledge of data mining concepts (statistics, forecasting, ML).
• Experience with core banking data and end-to-end digital lending data flows.
• Ability to explain projects with strong storytelling and business relevance.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis to measure the impact of new features, business flows, and campaigns, and present results visually for data storytelling.
• Create and manage automated reports/dashboards based on stakeholder requirements to ensure accurate, up-to-date data.
• Create and manage Data Marts to streamline work and speed up analysis.
• Ensure data correctness by collaborating with Data Engineers to maintain data quality.
• Become a strategic partner with stakeholders from various backgrounds by advising new metrics, data sources, and visualization approaches.
• Tailor complex messages into simple, business-applicable materials.
• Stay up-to-date with data and analytics trends and maintain high delivery speed and accuracy.
• Think outside the box to propose and implement alternative solutions when needed.
