Job summary

PT. Prima Artha Samastha in Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead and execute the company’s sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing team toward ambitious targets.

You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and coach the team to deliver results while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
