Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in East Java and Bali.
• Manage and expand distribution channels, including general trade, modern trade, and HORECA.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration for owned brand products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team and distributors.
• Ensure proper execution of sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

• Manage and expand distribution channels, including general trade, modern trade, and food service (HORECA)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration for owned brand products
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales performance
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team and distributors
• Ensure proper execution of sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of frozen food market specially French Fries, especially in Surabaya, East Java & Bali area.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Based in Surabaya and willing to travel frequently across East Java & Bali area
