Job summary

GSM | XanhSM Co.,LTD is seeking a seasoned Head of HR to lead the company’s human resources strategy and operations. You will oversee Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Administration, driving policy development and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, and a proven ability to lead teams, analyze data, and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years in HR with operations and C&B leadership.
• Experience in Head of HR or senior HR leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (BPJS, THR).
• Excellent leadership, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall HR function including Employee Relations, C&B, HR Operations, and HR Administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business objectives and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
• Oversee C&B programs, salary structures, payroll coordination, benefits, and welfare initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end HR Operations, attendance, leave management, HRIS, and docs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, BPJS, THR, contracts, and termination processes.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines for consistency and efficiency.
• Partner with management to provide HR advice and solutions.
• Lead the HR Operations team with clear responsibilities and performance metrics.
• Monitor HR metrics and report insights to management.
