Job summary

Helios Padel Club in Surabaya is seeking a professional Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and drive profitability. You will coordinate staff, scheduling, maintenance, and financial reporting to keep courts active and customers satisfied.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration with owners, vendors, coaches, and the marketing team to grow revenue and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing hospitality, sports venue, gym, F&B, entertainment or service industry.
• Strong leadership and staff-management abilities.
• Understanding of basic financial reporting and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club opens/closes per hours and maintains clean, safe facilities.
• Oversee staff schedules, training, discipline and performance evaluations.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, memberships, events and partnerships.
• Maintain service standards: greet customers, handle complaints, manage bookings.
• Record transactions and reconcile daily revenue; manage cash and invoices.
• Build relationships with padel communities and sponsors; support marketing initiatives.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on revenue, occupancy, and expenses.
• Act as liaison between owner, staff, customers, tenants, vendors and coaches.
