Job summary

Helios Padel Club is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead its F&B/culinary operations at the Surabaya location, including restaurants, bars, room service and banquets where applicable. You will drive strategic plans, ensure brand service standards, and focus on revenue growth and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and a solid background in F&B operations, with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction and business results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6 years in F&B, culinary, events, or related area or a 2-year degree with 4 years in F&B, culinary, events, or related area.
• Strong customer service principles and ability to assess and meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of financial resources management and budget adherence.
• Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership in F&B operations.
• Familiarity with market dynamics and enterprise-level objectives to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the F&B/Culinary team and set service goals.
• Manage budgets, monitor sales, and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Oversee planning of CAPEX and renovations in line with brand strategy.
• Develop strategies to improve the department's financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to cash and liquor policies and maintain margins.
• Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across Restaurants, Bar, Room Service, and Banquets.
