Samudera Indonesia is seeking an SDM Organization & Talent Development Division Head to drive policy design, implementation, and review aligned with business strategy and to lead leadership development across the organization.

You will translate the Human Capital Strategy into a comprehensive Talent Development blueprint, oversee organizational design, succession planning, and HiPo monitoring to build future leaders and ensure policy compliance across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years in HR, with minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certified in Human Resources Management (CHRM) or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable talent development programs.
• Familiar with Human Capital systems, data management, process monitoring, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design, oversee implementation, and review policies related to organization and talent development aligned with the company's strategy.
• Translate Human Capital Strategy into Organization & Talent Development Strategy/Blueprint, and cascade it into departmental plans and initiatives.
• Propose and review organizational structures to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Monitor and ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement HR development infrastructure based on accurate and reliable data.
• Monitor HiPo employees and ensure effective succession planning across the organization.
• Design and implement the Samudera Management Development Program (SMDP) to build future leaders.
