This opportunity is based in Indonesia and offers the chance to lead operational excellence, business performance, and expansion initiatives across a growing multi-site food and beverage network.

Lead end-to-end operations across a large multi-site QSR/F&B network, ensuring consistent execution and commercial performance while driving growth

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, QSR, or multi-site consumer operations.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale restaurant networks and new store openings.
• Strong leadership and business performance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across a large multi-site QSR/F&B network.
• Drive store performance across sales, profitability, productivity and customer experience.
• Translate strategies into execution plans for regional and store teams.
• Establish and improve SOPs, standards, and performance management.
• Drive P&L performance through labour, food cost, inventory, and waste control.
• Coach Area Managers and Store Managers to build operational talent pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards across outlets.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Training, and BD.
